Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: March 1, 2026

Online Piano Lessons (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, transmits, and stores information about users of our website and services (collectively, the “Service”). The terms “you,” “your,” “User,” or “Users” refer to students, teachers, or any individual or entity who views, accesses, browses, uses, or submits content or materials through the Service.

Providing your information is voluntary. By accessing or using the Service after the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Service.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER 13

The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) prohibits certain companies from collecting personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age without verified parental consent. Online Piano Lessons does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without such consent.

If a student is under thirteen (13) years of age, a parent or legal guardian must create the account and provide consent on the child’s behalf. We may take reasonable steps to verify parental consent, including through the use of payment methods such as a credit card or other approved verification methods.

If a parent or guardian believes that their child has provided us with personal information without consent, they should contact us at info@onlinepianolessons.com. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.
