Online Piano Lessons connects students with skilled, experienced piano teachers for live, one-on-one instruction conducted entirely online. Students can schedule sessions at times that suit their lifestyle and learn from the comfort of their home or anywhere with an internet connection.

Who can take online piano lessons?
Online Piano Lessons welcomes students of all ages and skill levels. Our teachers provide personalized instruction for beginners, intermediate players, and advanced musicians, including children, teenagers, and adults.

Do I need any prior musical experience?
No prior experience is required. Many students begin with little or no musical background, and our teachers are highly skilled at guiding beginners every step of the way.

How do I create an account?
Your account is automatically created when you complete the booking process. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with an access link to manage your account.

Why do I need an account?
Your account provides a central place to manage your lesson schedule and view all booking details.

Booking & Lessons

How do I book a lesson?
To book a lesson, start by going to the Pricing section and selecting a plan. For trial and individual lessons, you will choose your preferred teacher and schedule during the booking process. For packages, you can select your teacher and schedule your lessons later in your student panel.

What happens after I book a lesson?
After you successfully book a lesson, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and lesson details.

How are lessons conducted?
Lessons are held live online via Zoom, allowing you to join from your computer or tablet from the comfort of your home. Each session is fully interactive, enabling your teacher to guide you in real time.

How long is each lesson?
Lessons are available in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions, allowing you to choose the duration that best fits your schedule and learning goals.

How soon can I schedule a lesson?
Lessons can be scheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to teacher availability. In many cases, this means you can book a session for the next available day.

How far in advance can I book lessons?
You can book lessons up to 6 months in advance.

After I purchased a package, how do I book the lessons?
After purchasing a package, you will receive a confirmation email with an access link to your student panel, where you can schedule your lessons. To do so, log in to your account and go to Packages. Select your package and click Book Now to schedule your lessons.

What if I need help finding the right teacher?
If you’re unsure which teacher is the best fit, visit the Our Teachers page, click Get Matched, and complete the form. We will recommend a teacher that aligns with your schedule and experience level.

How many trial lessons can I take?
Each student may take one trial lesson. If you wish to try a different teacher before committing, you may book one additional trial lesson with another teacher.

Equipment & Technology

Do I need a piano or keyboard for lessons?
Yes. Students should have access to one of the following:

  • An acoustic piano
  • A digital piano or keyboard with full-size keys

This ensures you can follow lessons effectively and practice properly.

What equipment do I need for an online lesson?
To participate in an online lesson, you will need:

  • A computer or tablet (recommended for the best experience)
  • A camera and microphone (typically built into most devices)
  • A stable internet connection

This setup ensures smooth video and audio, allowing you to fully engage with your teacher.

Do I need a Zoom account to attend lessons?
No, you do not need to create a Zoom account. Online Piano Lessons will provide a Zoom link, which you can use to join at the scheduled time.

Where can I find the Zoom link for my lesson?
After booking a lesson, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link. Simply click the link at the scheduled time to join.

What should I do if there is a technical problem during a lesson?
If a technical issue prevents a lesson from taking place, please contact us promptly via the Contact Us page. We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a rescheduled session or provide an alternative resolution.

Scheduling & Cancellations

How can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Lessons can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your student account. To make changes, log in, go to Appointments, click the three dots next to your scheduled lesson, and select Reschedule or Cancel.

After this window, rescheduling and cancellation options will no longer be available in your account.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours?
Lessons cannot be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time through your student account.

In exceptional circumstances, you may contact us via the Contact Us page. Any such requests will be handled in accordance with the Platform’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What happens if I miss a lesson?
If you do not attend a scheduled lesson, it will be considered missed and is non-refundable, in accordance with the Platform’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We strongly recommend rescheduling or canceling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the lesson.

Account & Settings

How do I log in to my account?
Click the Log In button in the top right corner of the website to access your account.

What should I do if I forget my password?
On the login page, click Reset Password and follow the instructions to create a new password.

How do I change my password?
Log in to your account and click your name in the top left corner, then select Password. From there, you can update it securely.

How do I update my personal information?
Log in to your account and click your name in the top left corner. From there, you can manage and update your details.

How can I view my upcoming lessons?
Log in to your account and navigate to Appointments. There, you can view all upcoming lessons in one place.

How do I delete my account?
To request deletion of your account, please contact us at info@onlinepianolessons.com. We may verify your identity before processing your request.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards for purchases on the Platform.

Are lesson payments refundable?
Lesson payments are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I get a refund if my teacher cancels a lesson?
If a teacher cancels a lesson, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, the Platform may, at its discretion, provide an alternative resolution in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Can I get a refund if I cancel a lesson?
Lessons canceled by students are generally non-refundable. Refund requests in exceptional circumstances will be reviewed in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
