Online Piano Lessons connects students with skilled, experienced piano teachers for live, one-on-one lessons conducted entirely online. Students can schedule lessons at times that suit their lifestyle and learn from the comfort of their home or anywhere with an internet connection.
Who can take online piano lessons?
Online Piano Lessons welcomes students of all ages and skill levels. Our teachers provide personalized instruction for beginners, intermediate players, and advanced musicians, including children, teenagers, and adults.
Do I need any prior musical experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Many students start with little or no musical training, and our teachers are highly skilled at guiding beginners every step of the way.
How do I create an account?
Your account is automatically created when you complete the booking process. After booking, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to access and manage your account.
Why do I need an account?
Your account gives you a central hub to access Zoom links, manage your lesson schedule, and view all booking details in one convenient place.
Booking & Lessons
How do I book a lesson?
To book a lesson, start by selecting a pricing plan. Then choose your preferred teacher, pick a convenient time, and complete the booking process.
What happens after I book a lesson?
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure link to access your account, where you can view your Zoom link and all lesson details.
How are lessons conducted?
Lessons are held live online via Zoom, allowing you to join from your computer or tablet from the comfort of your home. Each session is fully interactive, enabling your teacher to guide you in real time.
How long is each lesson?
Lessons are offered in 30, 45, or 60-minute sessions, allowing you to choose the duration that best fits your schedule and learning goals.
How soon can I schedule a lesson?
Lessons can be scheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to teacher availability. In most cases, you can book a lesson as soon as the following day.
I purchased a package but only booked one lesson. How do I book the remaining lessons?
To schedule the rest of your lessons, log in to your account and go to Packages. Locate your package to see how many lessons have already been booked, then click on it and select Book Now to schedule the remaining lessons.
What if I need help finding the right teacher?
If you’re unsure which teacher is the best fit, visit the Our Teachers page, click Get Matched, and complete the form. We’ll recommend a teacher who aligns with your schedule and experience level.
How many trial lessons can I take?
Each student may take one trial lesson. If you would like to try a different teacher before committing, you may book one additional trial lesson with another teacher.
Equipment & Technology
Do I need a piano or keyboard for lessons?
Yes. Students should have access to one of the following:
- An acoustic piano, or
- A digital piano or keyboard with full-size keys
These instruments ensure you can follow lessons effectively and practice properly.
What equipment do I need for an online lesson?
To participate in an online lesson, you will need:
- A computer or tablet (recommended for the best experience)
- A camera and microphone (most devices have these built-in)
- A stable internet connection
This setup ensures smooth video and audio, allowing you to fully engage with your teacher.
Do I need a Zoom account to attend lessons?
No, you do not need to create a Zoom account. Online Piano Lessons provides a unique Zoom link for each scheduled lesson, which you can use to join at the designated time.
Where can I find the Zoom link for my lesson?
Log in to your account and go to Appointments. Click the dropdown arrow next to your scheduled lesson to find your unique Zoom link, then click it at the scheduled time to join your lesson.
What should I do if there is a technical problem during a lesson?
If a technical issue prevents your lesson from taking place, please contact us promptly via the Contact Us page. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, provide a rescheduled lesson or another resolution in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Scheduling & Cancellations
How can I reschedule or cancel a lesson?
Lessons can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time through your student account. To make changes, log in, go to Appointments, click the three dots next to your scheduled lesson, and select Reschedule or Cancel.
Please note that within 24 hours of the lesson, the option to reschedule or cancel will no longer appear in your account.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours?
Lessons cannot be rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time through your student account. In urgent or exceptional situations, you may contact us via the Contact Us page, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that requests made within 24 hours are generally not guaranteed and may be subject to the Platform’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
Missed lessons are generally non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we recommend rescheduling or canceling at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time to avoid forfeiting the lesson.

How can I view all of my upcoming lessons?
Log in to your account and navigate to Appointments. There, you can see all of your upcoming lessons in one convenient location.
How do I update my personal information?
Log in to your account and click your name in the top left corner. From there, you can update your personal information easily and securely.
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account and click your name in the top left corner, then select Password. From there, you can securely update your password.
What should I do if I forget my password?
On the login page, click Reset Password and follow the instructions to create a new, secure password.
How do I log in to my account?
Click the Log In button in the top right corner of the website to access your account.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards for purchases on the Platform.
Are lesson payments refundable?
Payments are generally non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances as detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get a refund if my teacher cancels a lesson?
If a teacher cancels a lesson, you can reschedule it at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, the Platform may provide an appropriate refund or replacement lesson in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Can I get a refund if I cancel a lesson?
Lessons canceled by students are generally non-refundable. You may reschedule or cancel a lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Refund requests in exceptional circumstances will be reviewed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
