1. Lesson Cancellations
Students may cancel a lesson through their student account at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations within 24 hours must be requested by contacting the admin via the Contact Us page, and each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Late Cancellations and Missed Lessons
If a lesson is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, the lesson may be considered forfeited and may not be refunded, as teachers reserve that time and it cannot be offered to other students.
3. Teacher Cancellations
If a teacher needs to cancel a lesson, the student will be given the opportunity to reschedule.
4. Lesson Packages
Lesson packages grant access to a set number of scheduled lessons. Payments for packages are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional cases reviewed by the Platform.
